The first month's tuition is due at the time of registration. Tuition is due on the first class of each month. The number of weeks vary from month to month; regardless, tuition is based on a flat rate. 9 equal payments will be due on the first class of each month. There are no refunds for missed classes; however classes may be made up within the month the class was missed. If a dancer misses an entire month worth of dance, tuition must still be paid for that missed month. Please read the attendance section for details on missed classes. Please turn in tuition payments on time. There will be a $10.00 late fee charged for all payments not made by the 14th of each month. Holly's Centre Stage Dance only accepts checks or cash. If paying with cash, please seal the cash in an envelope and write your child's name on the envelope. Envelopes are available at the reception desk. If writing a check, please make it payable to Holly's Centre Stage Dance AND write your child's name on the check if it differs from the name printed on the check! As a member of e-cap (electronic check alliance processing) any returned unpaid checks will be recovered by e-cap. As allowed by law, any returned unpaid check may be accompanied by a fee. Holly's Centre Stage Dance does offer automatic payment from your checking or savings account. Please see the front desk to sign up for this. It's super simple! :)

Costume measurements will be taken in November during class. Payments are due December 1, 2009. Any payment received after December 1st, 2009 will be charged an additional $10.00 late fee. Unfortunately once the costumes have been ordered, payments can not be refunded. Costumes are not custom made. Measurements are taken and plugged into a chart given by the costume company. We encourage our students and their parents to determine the costume size they would like. If a dancer's measurements equal an "Extra Large," an additional $10.00 will be added to the costume fee. You will be notified mid-January if this charge pertains to your dancer. Remember, participation in the annual spring recital is optional. If a dancer should choose not to participate, please let us know by December 1, 2009. An additional rental fee of $10.00 will be charged to all classes requiring a borrowed costume.
